Returns
We make returns easy.
Just follow these simple steps:
1. Contact Us
Message us on Instagram @puggile_ or email info@puggile.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll send you the return address.
2. Ship It Back
Use any courier. Return shipping (and any customs fees) are your responsibility unless it’s our mistake. Include your full name and order number in the package.
3. Deadline
Once you receive the address, you have 7 days to ship the item. If it's late, we can’t accept the return.
4. Refund
Once we get your item in perfect condition, you’ll receive store credit.
5. Lost Package
If the return doesn’t arrive, we can’t refund it. For help, email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
