Your returns don’t need to be complicated.
Our team is here to make sure returning an item is smooth and straightforward.
To get started, just follow these steps:

Let Us Know
Reach out to us via Instagram @puggile_ or email info@puggile.com within 15 calendar days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to make a return. One of our team members will send you the return address. -
Send It Back
Use any courier service you prefer to send the item back. Please note that shipping costs, including any customs or tax fees, are the customer’s responsibility—unless the return is due to an error on our part. Make sure your full name and order number are included inside the package. -
Timing Is Key
Once you’ve received the return address, you have 7 days to ship the item. If this window passes, we won’t be able to process the return and the item will be sent back to you. -
Your Refund
After we receive the item and confirm it’s in perfect condition, we’ll issue a store credit that you can use on our website. -
If the Package Gets Lost
If the return package doesn’t make it to us, we can’t take responsibility for issuing a refund. To avoid issues, please email info@puggile.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
